Well...I finished reading.
I don't know upon which standard I should judge this piece. Is it relatively to the quality of webcomics, actual mag-manga; upon its genre? Merely relatively to manwhas?
 
Whatever the case is, I cannot say this is a great piece. At all. It was fine, that's pretty much the short end of my opinion.
This is pretty much like any other "shounen", but with less bitching and more action; but the immature explosion of emotion due to twists and events is still very much present. Everything is pretty much solved because "I will win because I want to win oh you bastard I must enact my vengeance upon you".
And some characters do not even make sense, like Ghang-gwon (ice person, the first main-character. fuck me Korean names) -- he was the emo character that's emo because he needs to be emo, and not for any other reason that makes coherent sense (and yes, he is immensely annoying) -- And Jin...Oh boy. Let's just say a psychopath, literally a psychopath (incapable of empathy and actual emotions, essentially a philosophical-zombie), would not learn about emotions like he did in this piece.
 
So, this piece is FINE, it's OKAY. If you want a grand adventure with quite a bunch of twists and turns which are all virtually resolved because "oh boy I really wish I could" -- this one is for you.
I'd say this is the sort of things you read as a first vertical webcomic, as something you want to read to turn your brain off. But, to be fair, I would not call this one a masterpiece.

 

In that case what is a "masterpiece" or a good manga, manwha, comic, pancake?

Greatest piece I have read as of yet... Great art but a phenomenal storyline... I'm glad I got the chance to appreciate such a relic ( due to the release of trace 2.0 on tapastic) and It's something I don't regret. Every single hours spent reading it was worth it.... Idk how you can give his manga anything less than 5 stars.... Great writer, and someone who took the time and effort to singlehanded lay scan this for is.

You guys praise it quite a lot, yet the synopsis in the description box makes it sound like the most retarded and generic material to grace the earth...Well, I guess the synopsis for anything usually makes the story sound stupid. Especially in Manga / Manwha.
'Guess I'll give it a go.
P.S: "Trouble"? Couldn't they find a better name for it..? What is this, the never-ending-story..?

Magnificent!

Just finished the Rose Arc and ...

The Beggar Arc was really good too and had me tear up as well.

One of the best webtoons I have read. 

Oooh wow, I didn't remember that "calsolum overtaking the original" part from chapter 173. That adds an entirely new layer of awesome on top of mr beggar.

The art is mediocre at best but the story, drama and action is awesome. Love it.

TRACE 2.0 has started! Hooray!

Hmm... I could've sworn this had a much higher rating (~4.8) not too long ago. What happened?!

Just finished reading this. Took me 2 days. God damn epic. And that god virus kid... When he was getting the initial airtime .... freaking scary shit man... And those chapters gave me some feels. Along with quite the shivers from the kid.

The Rose arc was basically a korean movie in 28 chapters.

 

It needs to be one.

I just bought it > it look like manga chapter 1 have better graphic than web even though it's black and white than again he draw it after he is done here so it's normal that his drawing become better

That was a really good read...

I remember reading this a while back, I always thought I would have liked it more if the ice guy was shown more and was the MC. (this is just my opinion)

Ok, two things. Firstly the little kid is in my book officially the creepiest character of any manga I have ever read. Secondly, I would have liked to have seen more of the ice guy, but the leg guy was pretty cool too till the end.

Better than X-men in every way. One of the best webtoon I´ve ever read.

the Rose story...i would't care if that was the only story...it was beautiful....such a good story
